RevaPlast: Ready-Mix Plaster

Before applying RevaPlast, ensure that the surface is properly cleaned. The area should be free from dust, oil, loose particles, or any kind of debris that may affect adhesion. Lightly spray clean water over the surface to moisten it, ensuring a damp, but not overly wet, substrate. This helps improve the bonding and overall performance of the plaster.

To prepare the mix, gradually add 11 to 12 liters of clean, potable water to a 40 kg bag of RevaPlast in a clean container. Use a mechanical stirrer or hand mixer to blend the material thoroughly until a smooth, lump-free, and uniform consistency is achieved. Any rebound loss from the application can be reused by adding a small amount of water and remixing, ensuring zero wastage and enhanced efficiency.

Apply the freshly prepared RevaPlast mixture evenly onto the pre-wetted surface using a trowel or spray machine. It is recommended to maintain a uniform plaster thickness of 8 to 12 mm in a single coat for best results. For thicker applications, additional layers may be applied after the first layer has adequately set. Ensure proper leveling and finishing to achieve a smooth and durable surface ready for painting or further finishing work.
